FAQs

1. How do I choose a wedding live band that is suitable for my big day?

Normally for weddings, an acoustic band will be sufficient ot create a perfect romantic wedding. Ask yourself what kind of mood you want and what kind of music would your guests enjoy. If your guest list includes a mixture of aunties & uncles, teenage cousins, expat colleagues and everyone else in between, may we suggest a pop band with bilingual singer that can cover great hits from each genre across decades.

2 What are the choices of instruments available for the packages?

Complementary to our vocal performance, our selection of instruments include Keyboard, Pianica, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Double bass, Ukulele, Saxophone, Flute, Melodica, Harmonica, Foot Drums, Cajon.

3. I might not want to trouble my friends to emcee for my big day, what other choices do I have?

If you do require wedding emcees, you only need to top up a small fee for the singer to double up as your host for the night (Read from script provided). Most of our singers are eftectively bilingual and have vast experiences in hosting for weddings.

4. Is it compulsory to rent a sound system and what does it include?

It is not compulsory, but it is strongly recommended. Quality & clarity of music is important for an excellent experience. As most venues especially hotels only have in-built PA systems which is mostly used for speeches and playing of piped music, it may not be ideal for live music. Thus, we strongly recommend our clients to rent a sound system to ensure perfect sound quality for each instrument. Our sound system rental includes 2 Professional speakers + 1 Monitor speaker + 1 Mixer + 1 Keyboard + Microphones & stands + Music stands + Cables + 1 Dedicated sound man. This setup would cater to banquet size up to 40 banquet tables or if your event is both indoor and alfresco which requires at least 2 speakers. For banquets with more than 40 tables 4 professional speakers would be recommended at an additional fee.

5. I would like to sing for my wife as a surprise during my wedding, howdo I go about it?

If you have any special requests, e.g. a surprise song for your wife/husband during the celebration, dedicate a song to your parents or even studio record your own song to be played or sing on your big day, they can definitely be arranged and done! Rehearsals can be arranged during the sound check on the day itself. If you require rehearsals prior to the celebration, additional charges will apply for the extra rehearsal time with our musicians.

6. We don't really know how to sing, but we would like to sing a duet, record the song and use it for our video montage. How can we go about doing it?

If you are thinking about doing something meaningful together as a couple for your wedding, you can top up a fee for 4 sessions (1hr each session) of vocal lessons to perfect a duet song and go into a professional recording studio to record both of your singing professionally (1hr studio session). The final product can be used as you wish on your photo or video montage. Any extra hours for vocal lessons or studio recording will be charged accordingly. 1hr of studio hours is compulsory charged for mixing and mastering of the final track.
