Ariel Foo



Ariel is a local singer-songwriter who was first discovered through Ocean Butterflies’ singer development programme in 2007. She was later selected as one of the top 40 finalists of Mediacorp’s “Live The Dream”, a reality TV talent show in 2007.

She now dabbles in various genres, including jazz, rhythm and blues and Chinese/Cantonese pop. Proficient in Japanese, Ariel has also wowed audiences with her rendition of Japanese classics. She has performed in various gigs including as lead vocalist for the Yumetori’s performances at The Esplanade’s February 2011 ATC programme titled “The Vintage Jukebox of Singapore” and April 2011 “Chill Out At The Bay” at the Outdoor Theatre.

Ariel is part of a duo band called Yumetori, which is in the midst of producing its debut album.
